I enjoyed this story. It starts with Ky who is going to get a tattoo, but is clearly unsure of doing so and the place that he's going to have it done. The Warehouse is a huge place with a group of people who work and in some cases, live there as well. They're an eclectic group that you get to know slowly, but not in a lot of detail. I'm guessing we'll learn more in future books.Ky meets Blue, the tattoo artist and things aren't ever going to be the same for either man. I really don't want to spoil the story, not even a little bit. I think that reading it and learning what's going on as the story progressed is what made this story work for me. The mystery surrounding Blue and Ky builds slowly and then things become more interesting and open.
It's hard not to feel for Ky. Losing his mother young and being placed in the system where he was bullied had to be hard. Blue has his own pain from the past and the present as well. Yet, they work together so well. Ky is can be a bit moody, but we see why eventually and can forgive him just as Blue does.
I hope that K-lee Klein plans on writing stories about the rest of the group from the warehouse. I'm very curious about Micheal and Dart at the moment

The relationship was hot and heavy fast but that made sense for both of the guys involved. The paranormal aspect was a new take on an old theme which is always welcome and it didn’t do the annoying thing I’ve seen lately, which is taking the place of actual character development. And the writing was clean--vivid, without being intrusive or show-offy.
